This project was part of a strategic digital transformation pitch and proposal for U Mobile, in collaboration with FPT Software. Our team was engaged to lead the research and UI/UX design direction for the proposed revamp of the U Mobile mobile application, focusing on creating a more modern, engaging, and customer-centric digital experience.
The scope of work included user research, experience strategy, interface design, and conceptual product innovation to help redefine the overall mobile experience for U Mobile customers. The proposed solution focused on improving usability, simplifying customer journeys, enhancing accessibility to services, and modernizing the visual identity of the application.
The design initiative was developed as part of a competitive proposal and presentation to the client. The collaboration successfully contributed to securing the project, and the platform revamp initiative is currently ongoing as part of U Mobile’s digital transformation journey.
