Kebun is a digital workforce and job marketplace platform built for the rubber and palm oil plantation industry. Inspired by the convenience of platforms like Grab and Lalamove, the application allows workers to discover nearby plantation jobs, accept tasks, navigate to locations, complete work assignments, and receive payments directly through the platform.
The project was created to modernize and improve the plantation ecosystem by connecting plantation owners with reliable workers through a seamless digital experience. Our team was responsible for the complete end-to-end process, including user research, UX strategy, UI/UX design, mobile app design, system architecture, and platform development.
The ecosystem was designed to support multiple user groups including workers, plantation owners, collection centers, and administrators — helping streamline operations, improve workforce accessibility, increase transparency, and create better economic opportunities within the agricultural industry.
