This project was part of the digital transformation and ecosystem revamp for Columbia Asia, focused on enhancing the overall patient experience through a modern and connected healthcare platform.
Our team was responsible for the research and UI/UX design of the Columbia Asia Patient App, designed to provide patients with seamless access to healthcare services anytime and anywhere. The application allows users to book appointments, access medical records, manage payments, and receive the latest healthcare updates through a user-friendly and intuitive mobile experience.
The project was part of a larger initiative to modernize the hospital’s digital ecosystem, improving accessibility, operational efficiency, and patient engagement across multiple touchpoints.
In addition to the patient application, our team also contributed to the design and enhancement of several internal systems and platforms used within the organization, helping streamline workflows and improve the overall healthcare service experience.
